  • Meningism
  • Acute sudden hearing loss
  • Vertigo/ tinnitus
  • Persistent discharge (especially in Diabetics)
  • Facial nerve palsy
  • Recurrent attacks of otitis media in adults
  • Hoarseness
  • Dysphagia

Investigations to consider

  • FBC, CRP/ESR
  • Swab
  • Biopsy
  • Skull X-ray
  • CT scan/MRI
