Investigations to consider

  • FBC, D-dimers
  • U&Es, Bone profile, Serum glucose
  • Pregnancy test
  • Troponin/cardiac enzymes
  • ECG
  • 24 hour ECG
  • Echocardiography
  • EEG
  • CT/MRI scan (head)
  • V/Q scan
  • Tilt table testing
