- Hidradenitis suppurativa
- Lipoma
- Femoral artery aneurysm
Must Not Miss
Easily missed
Red flags
- Hard fixed mass
- Persistent unexplained swellings >3 weeks
- Pelvic mass
- Systemic symptoms
- (fever, night sweats, malaise, weight loss)
Investigations to consider
- FBC, CRP/ESR
- Glandular fever screen
- HIV screen
- Mantoux test
- CXR
- AXR/Hip X-ray
- USS
- FNAC/biopsy
- CT scan
